State Farm Insurance - John Magoto

I think John's staff is pathetic. I filled out a request for a quote over 6 months ago and some woman that sounds like she is 60 and has been smoking 7 packs a day for 50 years continues to call. I have told their staff at least 11 times to stop calling and that I went with a competitor because John LIED to me. I have filed complaints with State Farm corporate as well. Yet, they keep calling. Conveniently enough, John appears to have nickle and dimed his telephone services because the calls come AFTER business hours and nowhere near during the approved Cold Calling state approved time frame. Half the time when I call John's office to discuss this, I reach either a fax machine or nothing at all. Evidently, Lucy Lung Cancer doesnt even work for John and he has contracted his telemarketing to a half assed call center. My requests for a call back from John have been consistently ignored. What does this tell you about the kind of service you'd receive working with John?

I was very impressed with John Magoto and his staff when I went to them for my insurance needs. I was able to take care of all my insurance in one place, which included my home, auto, life and health insurance. I was also able to get help with my retirement planning and I switched to State Farm Bank. I would highly recommend visiting this agency or giving them a call if you need advice for any type of insurance, financial services, or banking products. Thanks for everything and I look forward to my next visit!
