i've been here numerous times and i will concur with "m" that valerie is the best. she will tell you straight whether she needs to fix your eyebrows or just clean them up. i did have one bad experience with one of the threaders.. i went on a monday and it wasnt valerie. i specifically told her i did not want my eyebrows any thinner and i just needed them to be cleaned up. while threading my brows, she commented on how she didnt have time to eat throughout the day and that was super hungry. i felt as though she was rushing to finish my brows. that was confirmed when she handed me the mirror to look at my brows. she COMPLETELY THINNED THEM OUT! it was gross. i have since told management about that experience and they apologized. they are very nice people and outside of that experience, pura salon is definitely a great threading salon. i've just decided not to come in on mondays =)

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and Valerie is great. She will let you know what shape will look better and it doesn't hurt when she threads because she is really carefull and gentle.
