A complete waste of money. DO NOT bother even calling this company. One Customer Service Rep. "Lorine" was completely rude, did not want to do her job & would always try pawn her job off on someone else. I would be transferred 5 times to come right back to her. They would transfer me to a Service Manager "Corbin Martin" and he would try to talk his way out of the poor service; just making excuses. Then when you get through all those people, you get to talk to the general manager "Eric" who barely knows anything about pest control. Which when I looked at Pest Control Board Web Site I noticed he didn't even have a license. It is like all the employees are not trained. The good employees that use to work there are no longer there. They use to be a good company, but not anymore. WASTE OF MONEY.
