    Give the man a raise, he saved us from having several thousands of $ of replacement cost on our carpets. He stretched the carpet, he replaced padding, and cleaned it once the repair work was complete. All in all I can get a couple more years out of it and it makes my house look like a home again. So Consider the asset you have and thank him for us. Vienna,VA
