Called Chris today to bring in my computer for a repair and he started talking to me, getting some info about my problem. We spoke for about 45 mins, and he advised me of the course of action he would be taking if I brought in my computer, but he told me that based on our conversation, it appeared to him it was a solution I could do myself (format drives, re-install all hardware and software to original configuration). He gave me plenty of tips, encouragement, and let me know I could call him or come in if I could not fix it. It became clear Chris was more interested in truly helping me than just taking my money. That's a rare businessman these days. In the end, I was able to fix the problem and saved some money. I'm impressed, and now I see why he has such a high review rating. Thanks Chris! If you have a problem with your computer Chris can fix it. He has also built a computer for our business and upgraded our personal computer to extend its life so as not to have to buy a new one at this time. He is very professional and definately knows what he is doing. This time he also has brought back to life a 10 year old lap top computer for my father. I really cannot say enough about Chris's knowledge and abilities when it comes to repair. I had a three year old laptop with screen and battery issues. Chris diagnosed the problem at no charge. The screen would have been more expensive to fix than buying a new laptop. Instead of glossing over this and doing the repair, Chris was very upfront and recommended buying a new laptop. He even suggested one that I later purchased at Best Buy. Chris was very professional and documented the issues via e-mail and was available to answer questions by phone. It's very rare to run into such an honest individual. I would recommend his computer services to anyone.
