User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAmazing turn around with my pc. They have a wonderful store with great employees that are helpful, knowledgeable, and speak to me in a language that I can understand. Bottom line, they fixed it and I didn't lose any data or time.

I'm happy to have the Tech Spot in our area. Their store is staffed by educated and very friendly people who care about you as a customer. I recently got some service done to my macbook there and they handled the repair in a timely manner. Beats the crowds and lines of the Apple Store so far away. I will be visiting their store for all my computer services.

I had a recent pc problem and called upon The Tech Spot. Not only did I get superb customer support over the phone, I received complete customer satisfaction in store! I was welcomed and helped promptly and with a smile. I was called to keep me updated and within 2 days, I had my computer back hom and running very smoothly! I want to say Thank You to the crew at The Tech Spot! Its wonderful to see that excellent customer service is still out there!
