User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt is rare that while travelling you find a place that is as comfortable and restful as your own home. The Desmond House is a true haven, a home away from home, a place that refreshes the spirit and mind as well as the body.
It's beautifully furnished with fine antique furniture and wonderful light fixtures. Greg, the Innkeeper, has spent countless hours searching, rebuilding and refinishing each piece. But for me the best part of the stay is the peace and rest found within.
It's quite amazing to have found such a wonderful home and friend. I recommend and encourage you to visit the Desmond House.-

Historic home filled with vintage furniture and lighting, romantic, great view, and with in walking distance to many local fine dining. You will just love it!
