Bay Breeze Car Wash & Lube

I got an oil change at this place and within days there was a noise coming from my engine. After getting the car serviced at the dealership they determined there were 2 quarts of oil too many in the engine and there was a bad oil filter placed in the car which was causing the noise. I spoke with the OWNER of the WESLEY CHAPEL Baybreeze and he said b/c I took the car back to a REAL mechanic instead of them he could not do anything for me. He said I should have given them the chance to correct what they created, but since I had the dealership do the work it voided their warranty. WHO would take a car making engine noises to a lube jockey??? This place is a DANGER for anything other than a car wash!!!

This place is a rip off! My wife was charged $50 for an oil change on a Toyota Camry. On top of that she was given a list of problems that the car supposedly had which is all lies. Her car is well maintained by the Toyota dealership. How can an oil tech find problems that a certified Toyota mechanic doesn't find. I actually went to Toyota with the form and list of problems and they found nothing wrong with the car and laughed at this uncertified techs findings. Bay Breeze tried to scare my wife into getting unnecessary work at a high price tag. I filed a complaint with the BBB about this issue and they told me that Bay Breeze currently has 62 claims against them. This place opened maybe 4 months ago! And on top of that, her free car wash was declined because the car wash was broken. Did they give her a rain check? NO! DON'T USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY GETTING RIPPED OFF!
