They are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. I have had to have them come out a couple of times outside of the regular service, and with the tubes system, they just come and take care of it. One call, and I am done. Its great because my wife HATES any bugs, and all I do is call them whenever she screams. I have had two other pest control companies in the past in Raleigh, and both of them were all about the money. HomeTeam collects my money, but are all about the service. The biggest downfall for me is they call and e-mail me during the year about the service, to check the quality. I mean, its annoying, but, they do care that I am happy.
