    10/9/09 Had a very positive experience with Roto-Rooter. technichian arrived promptly and quickly, and assessed our problem for free.He was very courteous and professional, and will be returning tomorrow, first thing in the morning to install our new hot water tank.

    Roto-Rooter and service date of 08/12/2009.after calling to schedule my appointment for service Roto-rooter was there within 30minutes. Very courteous and both service men witha smile. They took a look at the prospective job and explained what had to be done. They also calculated how much the job would be and asked if they could continue and if this was satisfactory to us. After completing the work the service guys cleaned up the area in where they were working askd if could look at the completion of the drain and pipe for my bathroom sink and if everything looked good and we said yes. We were very pleased with the work that was completed. They also offerred to give some advice to support the sink until we replace it at a later date which made very good since. I am very pleased that we called Roto-Rooter. I had spoken with my husband and told him of the very good job they did for me some years ago replacing the piping on my kitchen sink drain which also had a garbage disposal to it which they also completed as well
    and I have not had any problems since then. Roto-Rooter is an excellant company to call for any problems with drain and plumbing
    and I would recomment them to anyone in need . They were awesome.
