We called Myth Systems for a small issue that we were having with our server at our small medical office. You would have thought that it was a complete IT emergency the way they responded! They were in our office less than an hour after I called and had the issue fixed within a half hour! Of course I was expecting a trip charge or to be billed for a full hour but our bill had one line item: 0.5 Hours of Non-Contract Business Support - $45. Since then we have signed a support agreement with Myth Systems and have received the same amazing service and for much less than the already low price that we paid the first day. Thanks to everyone at Myth Systems for their great support!

Myth Systems is a breath of fresh air when it comes to IT firms. They show up when they say they will, they are incredibly professional, and their rates are the best we shopped.

Since switching to Myth Systems we are now paying about half of what we were with the previous company AND we're getting better service.

The engineer assigned to our company is the most knowledgeable computer guy that I've ever known. He has an answer for all of our questions and when we want our system to do something he makes it happen.

If you need a computer company, this is the one to use!
