    Excellent instructors,great atmosphere,these guys really make everybody feel welcome! Both my sons are involved(15 & 10)they are learning skills for body and mind that will last a lifetime.I would recommend this training for anyone who wants to learn self defense.Weirton bando is a tight knit group with good family values,all are welcome and quickly accepted into the group.

    Weirton Bando is one of the many disciplines taught in the area. This is a very funtional system that may not be for everyone. The system is not commercial at all. We try to customize around our students not produce the same kind of Martial artist in duplicates. Every individual has different mechanics and body structure so our system adapts to different individuals. This is the nature of BANDO! SAYA Blackshere
