excellent !!
i had some back pain and major stress prior,
the office is very warming and the private rooms are relaxing,
i had the hour and a half which was perfect. i still felt this amazing massage days later, know joke !

** highly recommend !!

I really enjoyed my massage- very relaxing! The therapist took the time to help me figure out exactly what I was looking for in my massage that day, without making me feel rushed. I was so relaxed by the end of the massage that I actually fell asleep- a first for me : As a mother of two toddlers, this massage was exactly what I needed to give myself a break & recharge my spirit.

I have been going for massages monthly at Table for One since 2006. I think they do an awesome job. The massage is very relaxing and calming, yet therapeutic at the same time. For chronic back pain this is the solution for me. I would recommend Table for One to anyone. Their new location in Chatham is very convenient and the spa decor is relaxing and inviting.
