We ordered one online, and thanks to Andrea at DeNovo, she was able to put together an entired package of accessories to go with our new valve. I had to call in to make sure it was just not the plate cover and you actually go the valve with it. Very happy with my Thermostatic Valves and covers. I did not realized you sold so many other items. Very happy with the price and quality. Thanks
