I had a HORRIBLE experience with this vet. She treated me like I was an idiot when simple explanations would have been sufficient, but her ego got in the way and she had to tell me EVERY detail. The staff is constantly changing, which is not a good sign for a new business. Prices are exorbitant compared to other vets in the area who are more knowledgeable and longer established. I find the care I received her the same as I got at the vetsmart, and will seek care elsewhere.

I took me dog Bella to see Marie Nation for an ear infection. SHE WAS WONDERFUL! Bella and my husband and I just adored her. She used a new ear treatment method that cleared Bella's ear infection uickly. Her staff was great and my dog warmed to her instantly. She took a generous interest in my pet and approached her care holistically - treating her as a true patient and not just a dog. To marie we say we have found our vet for life. This vet is horrible. I've experienced and heard things about her - she was almost an hour late for my appointment and then gave my dog so many treats that she threw up on the way home. She misdiagnosed my dog's issue and gave her medication she didn't need, which I found out after taking her to another vet. And the high pitched baby voice got very annoying very fast - My dog doesn't appreciate it's ear drums being damaged during an exam. While is't nice ot be called once after a visit, this vet called me repeatedly for weeks! Almost felt like I was being stalked. Her prices are incredibly high even though her expierience is lower than the other vets in the area. i've also heard from others that she let someoone else do surgery and didn't even tell hte owners that someone else was doing surgery on their animals! I liked the staff you had there when you opened, but suddenly the people that used to be there aren't htere anymore which makes me wonder why your turnover rate is so high... I personally think this is an overpriced, inflated ego clinic with an owner who only cares about herself. The building is nice, but equipment and space don't make a great vet - it's like a house... slap a new coat of paint on it but the bones may be crumbling under your feet.
