The car wash is ok.
But the oil change is unprofessional.
They do not check the book for the correct amount of oil to add into your car.
I went there for an oil change and the car started to stall.
So I checked the oil and it was at least 2 quarts overfilled.
I told them to drain it to the correct level but they insist that it was right.
I even showed them the owner's manual, but they keeps on saying that's not the problem.
They only removed a small amount of the overfilled motor oil since I insisted so.
but it was still over the max level, and they refuse to drain anymore oil.
I have picture evidence of my dipstick to back my words.
If you are going there for oil change, remember to bring your owner's manual so that they can learn how to do it right.
I would much rather doing it myself though.
