They showed us such confidence and competence, plus their professionalism, and that was made us decide to have them. They came up with a wonderful design, based on a photo we liked from a magazine, with improvements that fit our living space. The crew was always prompt and courteous, did beautiful work and transformed our family room to resemble a custom home. I have never had a contractor pay so much attention to detail and cleanliness at the job site. I HIGHLY recommend UAC Contractors Valenciam to anyone! -

They were all positive and they received the highest ratings. They did a fabulous job on our basement 2 bedrooms and 2 baths all in all. The crew came everyday and were on time. I highly recommend them to everyone reading this, and to all my friends and family. We plan on doing more work to our home and will definitely have them do the work.
