User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM BOND!!!!!!! I rented from her for a year and it was the worst year of my life. Her attitude and over all appearance is horrible. She is unprofessional and ignorant. She is a liar and a thief, if you come in contact with her don't walk RUN as far as you can.

Horrible landord. did not fix the a/c that did not work the entire year that my family lived there. always sent her boyfriend to pick the rent and when she did show up to the apartment it was in low cut shirts showing off her tatoos. the condo had roaches from the time we moved in and she did not address the issue. stairway was rotting away and she did not fix it until the condo association made her. My vehicle was towed twice due to her not paying the association fees. She came into the condo when i was not home and looked through my mail and personal belongins and then boasted about it later. She is a very bad landlord and all around person. DO NOT TRUST HER OR RENT ANYTHING FROM HER...EVER!!!!
