Can we say FABULOUS! Love this place. I came here as a disgruntled customer of Julies nails. Apparently they are seeing alot of this. My sister in law recomended this place and i figured i'd try it out since i was unhappy with my current salon. From the moment i walked in i loved it. The place is nice and clean, and didnt have that horrible chemical smell. I liked that their accents werent too thick- like you could understand them completely. (nothing's worse than a language barrier when your trying to explain a design) Even though i had come in about 30 minutes to closing- they were more than happy and ready for me. They took 1 look at my nails from another salon and recomended that i start from scratch with a full-set. I agreed! Usually when someone pulls your naisl off it hurts pretty bad- but this cute little girl was so gentle i didnt even feel it. She got to work right away and did a fantastic job. They served me lemonade and asked me a million and five questions about my life- which was actually nice to have a conversation with someone rather than listen to them talk in a language far from me. She did take some time on my nails, but it wasnt obnoxiously too long- she was working the whole time on them. The gel there is amazing- get the pink gel, it's much higher quality than any other salons ive been
too. Also, instead of painting the black and pink on- they "built in in the nail" Hard to explain- but i'll try. They did the almost see though pink at the base of nails ( too look like my natural nail bed) The they took this hot pink powder gel and gave me pink tips the same they would with any other gel- ( i had never seen colored powder gel- this was cool) Then they trimmed down the pink and added the black sparkly gel. Finally they topped it off with a thick clear coat. Amazing!!! It's been 3 weeks since i was there and my nails have not chipped at all ( especially since there is no polish on them) They were also really great about keeping the gel thick even up to the cuticle- i had noticed at another salon they were making it really thin at the base so the sooner you would need a fill in. They have this awesome lemon scrub at their sink and it makes your hands feel o so soft and lemony fresh! They had plenty of staff there and everyone was dressed neat and professional. No one was just sitting around- everyone was busy either working on nails or cleaning up the place. I will admit the prices were a little higher than you average salon- But it was well worth it. 3 weeks later- and my nails still look good! I recomended this place to my mom- and she said too that it was the best place she had been to in may many years. She said the pedi's were amazing! Another thing i liked about ZAZA is the seating arrangement. At my previous salon that had like 6 little desk scattered amoung the salon- here it's 2 long bar type desks that fit up to i think 6 people a piece. Which is nice if your going with a friend for girl time- you can sit right next to them and whisper your girl talk instead of having to raise your voice across the room to talk about your personal life. All in all- extremely clean, amazing staff, awesome customer service, they do an incredibale job, beautiful ambience with relaxing music, and endless free refreshments, and the quality of their work is unbeatable. Well worth the few extra bucks!!!!! LOVE IT
This place is wonderful! I live 45 mins away and think it is so worth the drive and money! I love this place so much; I decided to reserve the back room of 8 chairs to have a pedi party for my mother's birthday! It was great! Service is wonderful!
I will go out of my way now just to go to ZaZa's. They're friendly, and the place is clean!
