I'm a 24 year old professional model and I've been training with Sam for a couple of months now. Because of my job I was already in fair shape and I didn't have any physical issues, so at first I didn't think I would benefit from a personal trainer. But after training with Sam I've realized that there are many important things that I still need to work on, such as my posture (strengthening the core) and shaping certain areas better (building muscle). His work outs are always challenging and never boring, they are tough, but I'm in such a good mood afterwards and I see results. Not only is Sam very knowledgeable, which makes you feel safe when working out, but he also has a great inspiring personality!
