Was quoted to have loan done in 2 weeks, then all excuses came - left and right. Finally completed after long and agonizing 7 weeks. Have to sign loan docs twice ! They will keep you in the dark until you beg for status. We had the worst experience and we will never go w/ this company again ! Please be aware as we don't want you to go through what we have been through.

Suggest to go straight to your bank !

This mortgage company has fantastic customer service, well worth the call. I found the lowest rate and was treated to un-commmon levels of customer service. I can see why this company has been around so long. Raymond Noble was our Loan Officer and worked very hard to ensure our satisfaction, highly recommended.

Very happy with Mr. Noble, he lowered our rate by $400.00 per month. We had an adjustable rate mortgage and we now have a 30 year fixed with a much lower rate. I highly recommend this company.
