User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt took driver nearly four (4) hours to deliver passenger to an address only thirty-five(35) minutes away. Driver told witness he could not find address and went to hospital to find out how to get to address. There is NO excuse for this driver having this passenger in this taxi for nearly four hours. While frantic family searched for missing passenger, Party Bus would not answer the phone so police were called as family was worried sick about passenger.

That is awful. I bet family was worried about passenger and wondered what God awful thing had happened to passenger. I sure will not ever use this taxi service.
