User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe owner and staff were very rude and inconsiderate to several family members. Inappropriate bedside manner especially considering that these relatives had just lost a loved one. Flat out rude and very pushy. The concept of sympathy and customer service was non-existent despite spending thousands of dollars there. Bathrooms were in the basement. No elevator. Very inconvenient and difficult for the elderly or handicapped. Beware of the bait and switch. Shop around as best as you time (although not very easy in your moments of grief) and compare all services very carefully. Be prepared to be ânickeled and dimedâ if you commit. This is my personal opinion protected under The First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

It states âRespondent, without authorization by rule or permit, injected wastewater into drains leading to an injection well(s). Respondent therefore failed to comply with 40 C.F.R. '144.11. The fluids were injected into or above a local aquifer, which is an underground source of drinking water (USDW), as defined in 40 C.F.R. §144.3 and '146.3. Respondent's actions may have caused a violation of primary drinking water regulations or may otherwise adversely affect the health of persons and, therefore, Respondent is in violation of 40 C.F.R. §144.12.â
