    I am a huge online gamer. I turned on my computer this morning and to my surprise I got a message about a .dll file missing. I quickly turned to yellow pages and stumbled upon The Nerd Force. After calling their free 800 #, I was shocked that I got a call back from a tech within 15 minutes. I explained my situation to the very nice gentleman. Long story short, my issue was resolved the same day and working 100%. Technicians appearance was very professional and he was VERY knowledgeable with my IT related questions. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
