It is very refreshing in this day and age to see a company that is so excellent at what they do, and is so concerned with their customer needs and feedback. The people on the phone are always very nice. They always truly listen to my needs, and then come up with the best moving solutions. The guys that actually show up on the moving truck on the day of the move are always great. They are enthusiastic and always are professional and nice to deal with.-

Just a note to let you know how very happy I was with the movers who came out for the February 25th move from Lynn to Boston.
Specifically I appreciated how efficient they were, helpful and timely. I was very satisfied with how quickly they moved everything and how careful they were. I was impressed with how they positioned the truck at a very efficient angle to load and unload my belongings. I also appreciated how they asked me where I wanted things and adjusted everything to meet my needs. I have to tell you, a couple of things that specifically stood out was how My Son broke down a dresser I needed to take out to the dumpster into small pieces to fit inside the metal can and Mike came to help me. I just happened to notice because I was taking out some trash at the time. I didn't ask him to do that and I thought that was exceptionally thoughtful and professional. Also, James heard me drop something as I was taking a box out to the car and he diligently came over to assist. They both displayed excellent customer service skills and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone else I know in the future who needs movers.
Also, thank you for answering all my questions and helping me feel confident in using your company. I did get a good feeling about you and your company over the phone. I am pleased in every aspect and I just wanted you to know that. Thank you again for your help and sending out such great movers
