I have been a developer for many years and had never been exposed to the world of private financing. Walker Commercial Funding not only got me the funds I needed, but gave me 3 or 4 different options with their different private equity investors. The days of bank loans are long gone. So if you are serious about getting your project funded, don't even waste your time going the traditional route. It was a new experience for me, but Walker Commercial Funding made it a very comfortable one. Thanks again,
