User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThiago painted 2 bedrooms for me in Sept. at a very reasonable price. We had some scheduling issues that he managed to resolve by changing his schedule to do the work on the days that I needed him to do it. Work was done quickly, neatly and completely....very nice guy to deal with. He painted an exterior of a friend's house and gave him a great price for doing that work and did a great job there (that is how I found out about him). I plan on having him do some exterior work for me next spring when winter is over. Also plan on having him clean my gutters if the leaves ever stop falling.

THIAGO SILVA IS FABULOUS! HE AND HIS CREW ARE METICULOUS, THOROUGH, POLITE, AND DO TWICE AS MUCH AS ANY OTHER PAINTER AT HALF THE PRICE. I AM USING HIM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY TO ANYONE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET HIM. THERE ARE AT LEAST TWO PAINTERS WITH THE NAME THIAGO AND THE NEGATIVE REVIEW HAD TO BE FOR ONE OF THE OTHER GUYS.

This is a terrible business. Despite whatever talent Thiago may have with painting and power washing his treatment of customers is woeful. We worked very hard for two weeks to set up a walk through, establish an estimate for the work and then coincided the work for a visit from the west coast and after 2hours of work he literally disappeared. Thiago didn't answer emails, phone calls, or do any additional work. He literally left us high and dry with very little recourse and no explanation for his pitiful behavior. You CANNOT depend on him to do the work or to even show up when he says he will show up. This is one of the worst businesses in the area, move on to another option.
