I always take my family's alteration needs to Forche's Custom Sewing. I know the owner will take the time to make sure everything is taken care of and the quality has always been excellent. Sue has also made my daughters' prom and homecoming dresses for the past few years. My oldest daughter competed in a few area beauty pageants and I only trusted Forche's with her dresses and swimsuits. They truly care about quality and service. I highly recommend this business!

Well I went to Forche's Custom Sewing because someone I know had recommended her to me. The lady that I guess runs the place seemed like a really nice lady until that is she charged me a ridiculous price for the alterations on my dress. I took my wedding dress to her to be altered and the only things I was getting done was the bust needed to be brought in about an inch on both sides, the bustle needed fixed, and they were going to make my sleeves better than they were. I was told that my dress would be done as soon as possible and definitely more than a few days before my wedding. Well I didn't get my dress until two days before the wedding and it didn't turn out like I wanted to with the sleeves. They looked terrible. Whoever did them did a horrible job and ruined them so I ended up with a strapless dress. I was so bummed and then on top of that she charged me almost $250 for those alterations that would have cost anyone else much less. I didn't even pay that much for the dang dress. Such a dissapointment and slap in the face. I will not recommend them to anyone!
