    I am writing this entry to acknowledge that my earlier opinion of Zeigler Dodge was the unfortunate result of a failure to communicate between myself and the sales staff.

    A pleasant meeting with a decision maker satisfied all of my concerns. I was made whole and am now a satisfied customer who highly recommends Zeigler Dodge.

    I went in browsing for a new Town and Country minivan. I expected to be pressured, but suprisingly, I wasn't. I told the salesperson that I would not be purchasing for several weeks, and he proceeded to treat me with respect and showed me the many features on the van I was looking at. I asked for a price and they gave me a very fair offer. After shopping several other dealers, I discovered that Zeigler not only treated me the best, but also gave me the best deal. I am EXTREMELY happy both with my new minivan and with the dealership.
