With all the trouble I had put them through, they handle it very well. This is the type of company I like to deal with and Im pretty sure whomever use them will feel the same way. They are Highly Recommended!!!

I locked myself out of my house at 12 at night. After calling my boyfriend who was in New York and getting the number for the first 24 hour locksmith I phone. I asked for an estimate to make sure I could even pay them and the woman I spoke to said it would be $29 just for the guy to come out and then some unknown amount depending on what type of lock they have to deal with it. I asked her for a range and told her I wanted to be sure I could pay so she said the tech would call me and I could tell him what kind of lock it was and he would tell me a price. I then verified with her that I could pay by credit card as that was ALL I HAD. She said that was fine. #1: When I talked to the tech he said since I donât know what type of lock is it for sure; it is hard to give me an estimate, so Im like okay. #2: When he got here (in exactly 25 min. as he had said) he said he have no problem unlocking a deadbolt (he showed me the difference with normal locks, which I thought I had). #3: He unlocked it super fast. #4: After half an hour later, he charged me exactly what he quoted me when he came and seen the lock for the job and when I took out my Visa he said he is going to have to call in to get it charge, which is no problem at all to me. Eventually after everything I was able to get into my home and when I looked at my clock it was around ONE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING!! I called the shop the next morning and the same lady answer the phone and I thank her for sending someone to me last night and how much I appreciate the gentleman for showing me the difference locks and not try to rip me off.
