Top notch tech support! I called Rich to bring back to life my 3 year old PC that stopped getting updates a year ago. I'll never understand what he did, but within 90 minutes, he had it running like new, with up-to-date software and feeling snappy again. He found two viruses which I apparently got because I wasn't getting updates, and removed them. Wow. This guy really know is stuff. I highly recommend him!
