After giving them numerous chances to address the situation, (which they ignored),I am left with only this recourse. The only thing they have done consistently at this restaurant is mess up my order. For 5 visits, I have ordered the same thing, and 5 times they have messed it up. The last time I made the request (to leave a certain condiment off my food), after repeating the request because I know the history, sitting in the drive thru after receiving the order to check it, and driving back to my office, I discovered they had instead of leaving it off like I asked, or putting it on top like they normnally do in spite of my request, they had hidden it under the meat so I couldn't see it. Instead of simply paying attention to my request, they added a step, to disregard it and hide it from me. I have only one question, HAVE YOU PEOPLE EVER HEARD OF FOOD ALLERGIES? And a couple of suggestions; Try paying attention and getting the orders right. Try giving the customer what they want instead of doing what you want and hiding it. Maybe then you won't find yourself facing a lawsuit for sending someone into anaphalaxis.
