This company refused to help me when my phone became locked. They claim there is a policy not to upgrade an unlocked phone but this is not apparent on their website. When I called for support I was put on hold repeatedly (appears there are only two or three people manning the phones). I spoke to someone who claims to be called Jimmy and he said they would do nothing to help me and began cussing me out using words like Sh*t and Bullsh*t. I ask him to please not raise his tone and cuss at me but he continued. I then spoke to Ryan who was also less than helpful and constantly interrupted me. This company appears to be a fly by night company and has no concept of customer service. If you shop at this company I highly recommend you do so with throw away money and the lowest expectations you can muster, but be warned, even your lowest expectations of customer service will probably not be met. This company should go out of business as soon as possible and be replaced by one that knows how to treat customers. Horrible doesn't even begin to explain it.
They steal your money!!!! I purchased a phone that was damaged and they promised a refund and when the time came, I had to purchase a second phone and they refused the refund after they had the phone in their possession for 48 hours.
