User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe love this restaurant. Behind the West Marine store you will find the Lighthouse Restaurant. We eat there every time we are in Destin. No waiting, reasonable prices, good service, family friendly & delicious food, especially the fried shrimp. We were also suprised to discover they sold Harbour Light lighthouses which were on sale, something you never see. All in all, a great dining experience.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOur very favorite restaurant in Destin is THE LIGHTHOUSE! It is Destin's "best kept secret!" Want excellent seafood and prime rib with not the long wait at all of the "touristy" places? You will not be disappointed with The Lighthouse!! Located right across the street from Target--you will receive excellent service, (Mary is our favorite!!)..and wonderful food...the Amberjack and stuffed shrimp are our favorites! We have been to Destin yearly for a l-o-n-g time and this is our #1 favorite place to go! Next time you go to Destin, remember to eat here....you will never eat out at another place!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy recent evening at the Lighthouse Restaurant was one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had in the Florida Panhandle. The selection of fresh seafood, as well as the expert food preparation, left me with a feeling of delectable satisfaction. The staff was absolutely delightful and bent over backwards to make our evening one of the most enjoyable and memorable ones ever, not to mention the fact that the prices were well below that of comparable restaurants. If I could rate this restaurant a 10 instead of a 5, that would better reflect my superb culinary experience. I HIGHLY recommend the Lighthouse Restaurant for your next lunch or dinner on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico . You will NOT leave disappointed.
