My husband and I dined at Phil Sandoval's last night. It was the hands-down best Mexican meal I have had in Huntsville. It is a "Rosie's Family Concept" but the service, the food and the experience far surpassed that of Rosie's which is across the street. I don't even remember what my husband had to eat because I was so enthralled with my dish. I had the San Miguel which is a collection of chicken tacos, enchiladas and tomales. The chicken meat was superb and the spices cooked with the chicken tacos was amazing! We had the strawberry churros for dessert and they were FANTASTIC! It was a great meal & I can't wait to go back!
