User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery knowledgeable with all different sorts of computer/printer/laptop issues. Was very thorough with work and very personable. Not only fixed the problems I was having, but also took the time to create more space to make my computer and laptop run faster. Looks to the needs of the client; very honest and accommodating. I would highly recommend this computer service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI used Computer Medic and found it to be a very capable and professional service. They were able to solve my problem by using logmein.com. However they offered to respond to my home to solve the problem if I preferred it that way. They were courteous
and knowledgeable. I would use them again and I would recommend them highly.

Richard, your service is mostly good for a starting up business. but there is something lacking. that is follow up with the customer to see if all is going as planned. the security service that you put on for free is now asking for payment for updates. some of my problems have returned: full sceeen viewing
