Our experience here was an unforgettable one. Service was better than could have been expected. Dishes came out one after another. Very very nice atmosphere. We tried many appettizers on the menu and they were all delicious. There were a couple amazing ones. We also had a dessert with some sparklers on it bought out for my BF's b-day. Thanks for a wonderful meal. Will definitely be back.

Maybe we were there on a bad and busy day (Sunday), but the service sucked. The environment was nice & clean. The wait staff always filled our glasses and the bus boys were very courteous, but our waiter hardly checked on us and took a long while to give us any status of our food. My husband ordered the scallops & filet teriyaki but the steak was completely burned. I am talking your mouth tasting of charcoal bad. The salad & soup was delicious, but nothing that WOW'ed us. Considering this is a Steak House, it tasted as if we grilled it ourselves. Barely seasoned and as I stated early rather burnt. I have heard good things about Otani's and suggest dining there instead...I know we will.

Great food and service, have been to other japanese steak houses before and this one blows them all out of the water. The dining is beautiful and the chefs are awesome.
