Yoga North Atlanta

I have practice4d yoga with Lori on and off for the past 5+ years. She is a caring and wonderful teacher She is very verbal in her instructions and allows the student to find their comfort level while maintain correct and safe bosy postures. She is mindful not to push beyond your limits. The studio is very nice and peaceful, plenty of free parking, and clean. There are mats and props for use if you are new to yoga or just visiting the area.

I love this studio. Michele and Lori are highly qualified instructors and really care about their students. . Instructors offer options for all levels, so beginners will feel comfortable and long time yogi's will find the challenges and depth of practice they might be seeking.

I really enjoyed the class I took with Lori. It was challenging but not too hard - she offered good alternatives to the difficult postures so I didn't feel pressure to make my body move beyond its limits. The space was also really nice and clean.
