    Ellen was very professional and thorough when she came over to steam clean my carpets. We were very satisfied with the service that was provided. We will continue to use the services of Steam Clean My Carpets and have referred many of our friends.

    As the spouse of Ellen Fagan, owner of Steam Clean My Carpets LLC, I am a bit biased. :) However, I wanted to share something from my vantage point.

    I have never seen someone so focused on meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations on every single job whether it is as a carpet cleaner, tile & grout, furniture or upholstery cleaning job!
