Hi my name tammy norton, me and husband got married at this chapel on Aug 1,2009. And the wedding went great, but we did not get our wedding pictures in our packages, 20 4x6 and 1 8x10 and 11x14 we requests. Lesley and husband and son was great to us and ours family and friends.But i can't understand why i can't get no one on the phone and now the phone is disconnect. is this chapel closed for business now. if not someone need to handle the business.

Overall the wedding was very nice. However, we paid for a lot of things that we did not get: an outdoor wedding shoot, a DJ for 3 hours (only recieved 1 1/2 hours), pictures (only received a cd - was supposed to get pictures and cd - had to call repeatedly for weeks to get that much), the wrong cabin, and paid for 60 people but only had 40 show up - we told a couple weeks before the wedding that there would be no more than 45 people - they tried to charge me MORE MONEY "for flowers". Fresh flowers were included in my "package". The building is up for sale now, maybe new owners can get it right.

Call the owner Andrew Tucker at 423-570-0506. Believe it or not he's an attorney. This place just screwed my mom out of her 11/21 wedding. Leslie and Robert are cons according to Tucker.

How do you know this is the owner?... I have not been able to get any information on this chapel and have been trying to find out how to get my money back also.

I found a working address for Serenity Point. It is spweddingday@aol.com however I got an email back saying that address is not for that chapel anymore but they did give me information on who the owners are and how to contact them.

Got married on July 10th 2009. Got a packeage deal that supose to come with a picture album and one 8 x 10. It has been almost three months with many calls made to them and still no pictures. Every time I am able to get them on the phone they tell me an excuse and tell me the pictures are on the way. I can't believe they will not send pictures of the wedding. My advise is to stay away.....

These people have defrauded you and I hope you will pursue every legal mean to put these people out of business once and for all.
