The one by my apartment, and it is not often I talk good about anything or anyone in Lafayette,Louisiana, much less the River Ranch. They know how to make salads, (never thought I would have so much appreciated this rare service, all I had to do was travel)! This location have never been out of anything, and I go there almost every day. Told Subway, until the Galveston TX locaitons can get everything, I will order from this one the night before I leave, and take me veggies with me. I really do think Subway needs to package their vegetables and sell them in Organic grocery stores, like Whole Foods, Central Market and Fresh Market. I really really like the outdoor patios. When deciding on any resturants, outdoor patios is the first thing I consider. The quality and uniquenss of the salads and fruits and veggetbles in the salads is the second determing factor.

Just a tip; I brought some of my fruits with me, strawberries, peachies, dried cranberries, the fruit does not work that well with the buffalo chicken salad. I got this idea to add fruit in salads from O Charley's.
