Of our 7 certified instructors 5 are practicing Physical Therapists, and the others have extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation. North Boulder Pilates offers the Pilates regimen with a therapeutic approach beyond that of a traditional Pilates studio. Our small class size (5-6) allows for individual attention and modifications for $12 to $25 per class. We offer quality instruction to both rehabilitation and fitness level populations, specializing in Pilates for orthopedic conditions. We specialize in Pilates for people of all ages who have had back, neck, arm or leg injuries or surgery. Our mat and reformer classes for osteoporosis and osteopenia have earned physician praise for their results.
