    like this carpet and rug company because it's a nice balance between a one-person operation and a large company. They're small enough that you know the people who will be coming out to clean your home, and for the office manager to know who you are and be responsive to your needs and concerns. They're large enough to be efficient, cost-effective, and have enough staff to be flexible

    I think that this business deserves a good grade. I needed to have all my carpets and upholstery cleaned and they did exactly what I asked them. Very professional technicians.
    Prices were reasonable.
