My Family Daycare is outstanding! Cynthia (Owner) is the best of what she does. Cynthia is very open about her facility. You can inspect her daycare anytime you'd like - she also recommends that you do so. I am so comfortable leaving my son and daughter in her care;I know my children are in safe hands.

Over the course of 7 years I have seen Cynthia train/mentor quite a few people to work in the child care feild, mentor prospective daycare facilities on how to apply for, open and run a quality child care center and train/mentor college students who want to become teachers. Cynthia is more than highly qualified and willing to help anyone who is interested in pursuing any type of venue in the child care feild. Please read my personal story below of how I met Cynthia and have kept my child enrolled in her daycare center for more than 7 years. I met and discussed daycare options with Cynthia Meyer at her home daycare facility in 2001 when I was 6 months pregnant, because of her waiting list. Cynthia told me I could come by antime that an appointment was not needed. I liked this because it reassured me that no matter when I came by, her daycare that my child would be well taken care of. She encouraged me to look in all her cupboards, inspect the play yard area, nap area, etc. I called the City of San Bernardino's Daycare Inspector who personally inspected and issued her daycare license. He told me that she passed with flying colors and he would feel very comfortable leaving his own children with her and her daycare helpers/mentors. Cynthia's professionalism was beyond any child care facility (in home or otherwise)that I had been to. She is a delight to talk to and is so creative with the kids. All the kids love her and she loves them. My son has been enrolled in her daycare I look back over the 7 years since he was enrolled in with Cynthia in August 2001, 2 months after I had my son, and what wonderful times, memories & educational skills my son acquired from her. Even while she teaches the pre-school children, the toddlers, if interested, have an opportunity to sit and listen and learn. My son was one of these kids and today, finishing 2nd grade, he reads at a 4th grade reading level and tests far above the National Average. I contribute all of his excellerated learning abilities to Cynthia for encouraging my sons desire to learn. Trust me, from one overly protective parent to another, you will not find a more respectable, loveable, professional,nurturing & learning environment for your child than with Cynthia at My Family Daycare.
