I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE CUT THAT WAS GIVEN MY DOG, SOME PARTS OF HIS FUR WERE UNEVEN AND DIDNT REALIZE TILL I INSPECTED FURTHER AT MY HOME. I WAS JUST UNSATISFIED.MAY I SUGGEST MORE TRAINING. HOPE THIS WAS HELPFULL. HAVE A GOOD DAY.

These folks are terrific. They did a beautiful job grooming our very large dog and did so at the last minute when our regular groomer had to cancel due to a family emergency. They opened their shop just to take care of our pet on a day when they planned to remain closed due to visiting family. We can't recommend them highly enough!

This appears to be a nice salon on outside but gromers and customer service skills are very much lacking. They didnt groom my pet as directed and was rude when asked to redo, and to top it off they overcharged me!! Will not be coming back. Better pet salons in town with more affordable pricing and friendlier service.

Well if you are indeed a resident and you in fact did come into my salon I suggest that you give an actual review and state why you were not happy. Most clients who are unhappy call or tell you at the time they pick up there dog. Not to mention your timing and the words you used. They are VERY similar to what my stalker has been saying. So please (Not that I expect this to happen) why don't you call my salon and let me know how I can improve my services and exactly what you were not happy about. Like I said I don't expect to get a phone call as I still think you are the very same person that has left so many false reviews. And Kingsbury is not a town It a street in Stateline which I think you should know. I look forward to hearing from you.
