10Oct2011 I was about to purchase a 2003 Saab 9-5 Turbo from a private party in West Covina, but had some concerns about it. I found Custom World online, never met its ownerl. or any of its staff before I brought the Saab in for a new car inspection. I spoke w/Steven about the inspection and he was willing to handle the inspection for me for a very nominal fee, which probably saved me thousands in the end. There were a few big areas of concern, which would have been really expensive to repair if left undone. In the end, I bought the car, after asking its owner to reduce his asking price, at Steven's suggestion, which he did. I ultimately took the vehicle back to Custom World to have the necessary repairs done, even though Custom World is a 90 minute4 drive each way, and I will continue to drive back to Custom World for all future maintenance and/or repair work needed, simply because of the level of professionalism displayed at all times. as well as the EXCELLENT customer service that was provided to me by Custom World, and its mechanics and staff. Custom World Automotive is highly rated in my opinion. I have an on-going project with a classic truck and this shop has worked with me the whole way on this project and not against me. More cost effective options are always offered instead of the usual traps that are set for customers. This shop is extremely honest, straight forward, clean, helpful, and very trustworthy. I am not trying to over-praise this shop, but only sharing the truth about what I have experienced here.
