The salesman was very helpful. I hadn't been in the market for a while and he explained the differences of the family cars I was looking over and went on 5 different test drives with me. He was very patient and answred a lot of the questions I had (how does it do in the snow? bumpy roads? how expensive are replacement parts?). THe ones he didn't know he wrote down and emailed me later, which impressed me.

I bought a used Kia Optima there a few months ago. I liked the price and had a good sales experience but with any used car dealer I worried about how it would hold up. I got called by a sales rep from the company that reminded me of the free oil change that came with the car and scheduled me a service appointment. At service they noticed my birthday was coming up and scheduled my state inspection. It's only been a few months but the car is still running great and I can tell they didn't sell me a lemon because the auto repair shop stands behind the car and wants me as a customer.
