They are lyers. They did not know how to clean a home. I had to tell them what to do. They say they clean from ceiling to floor, they don't. Then their old vacuum burnt the fibers in my carpet in four areas and they won't compensate for it. They said they would, they also said they are licensed and insured. They are not and they are not responding to my emails probably hoping this will all go away. Well it won't. Don't ever use this company, you will be wasting your money.

Very very detailed cleaning service the owner is A down right perfectionist ! They seem to have fun cleaning .

This is one unhappy customer who doesn't know how to allow a cleaning service to do there job . Not only that she doesn't want to pay a cleaning service . For a cleaning service with such high rankings and high volume customers 99.9 percent of our customers are happy and will verify we stand by our word ! We are licensed and Insured this customer is looking to get free rooms of carpet that we never damaged she claims she watched us damaged her carpet and then in another breathe she says we did it 4 times really? Who would sit there and let someone burn there carpet 4 times . Even people who aren't cleaning pros understand that some areas of the home are sometimes left to soak ! As we state in almost every advo the customer is given a final walk before we leave the home with payment . So how can you make a comment on a 4 bedroom house when we only started on two rooms of the house ?
