Take my advice this does work. Certified reduced my payments and interest rate to a level I can afford every month.
They are very professional and upfront honest with you, if they cannot help you they will tell you immediately just like they told my friend Marcelino. They will not give you a run around.

Simple, Honest and Fast. Certified not only reduced my payments and interest rate but also locked us into a fixed mortgage.
I am very greatful to them and highly recommend them.

I thought for sure we were going to loose our home. Certified's personnel was very understanding and knew just what to do. I sincerely recommend them.
