Our creative curriculum and customized programs have been developed for children from 2 to 6 years old. We pride ourselves with exceptional child care services. We also offer a UPK program. Mushroom House Day Care is a private day care that is licensed by the NYC Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene. Our child care program is aimed to enhance your child's developmental growth with academic and physical activities. What ages to we accept? We accept children from ages 2-6 years old. Do we offer UPK? Yes, we do have a UPK program. How old does my child have to be to enroll in UPK? Your child must have turned 4 (four) years old by December 31st, 2012. Birth year must be 2012. Admissions Our admission process is on a rolling system. This means that we accept applicants throughout the year as long as we have a space available. We encourage parents to come for a tour of the school with their child.
